About this faceter:
| I've been faceting gemstones since 1978. I cut all stone types,
but prefer tourmalines, garnets, spinels, tanzanite, emeralds and
corundums. Not to be stuck in a rut, I've been cutting more exotic
species recently, like hackmanite, basnaesite, hexagonite and actinolite
(collector's stones). When cutting, my goal is to produce the finest
stone possible from the rough at hand. Perfect polish, perfect meets;
these are starting points for every stone I cut. What ever the need;
special attention to difficult and problematic stones, attention to
detail or a special design for that special stone; these are all things
I strive to provide for my clients. If these things interest you,
